The Anti-Racism and Cultural Diversity Office (ARCDO) addresses concerns of harassment and discrimination (direct and systemic) based on race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, and creed in accordance with the University’s Statement on Prohibited Discrimination and Discriminatory Harassment. Students, staff and faculty can access our office to raise a concern or experience. ARCDO provides resolution supports which may include consultations and/or referrals.
If you wish to discuss a concern or to schedule an appointment with the ARCDO team, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to engage in informal or formal resolution of your complaint, here are some institutional resources available to students, faculty, librarians and staff across the tri-campus community. ARCDO provides community members with support and guidance in activating appropriate processes at the University of Toronto.
