“Policing and Public Policy: Understanding the Significance of the Independent Police Oversight and Street Checks Reviews”, Justice Michael H. Tulloch, Ontario Court of Appeal. The speaker is the Justice who researched carding and wrote the report on its application across race. Justice Michael H. Tulloch was born in Jamaica and was the first black judge appointed to the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Attendance for all presentations must be on the RSVP form found on the website. The programs are free for Fellows of Senior College but all others (non-Fellows or visitors) are asked to donate $10.00 to defray costs. The Senior College lunch at this event is at 1pm and may be reserved for a reasonable fee with the same RSVP booking form for the presentation.
