Understanding Xenophobia: What is it? How do we address it?

Objective:
Xenophobia manifests itself in a number of ways, ranging from name calling to physical attacks. We must all be committed to prevent and respond to behaviours that do not foster a culture of respect and inclusion. With the many concerns of rising anti-Asian racism across societies we must deepen our understanding of xenophobia and its impacts. Join the HR Equity Team as we explore the concept of xenophobia, the range of behaviours and attitudes that perpetuate xenophobia and the steps we can all take to disrupt biases and stereotypes in order to advance inclusion.
